This form attaches itself to the back of a Victorian Italianate villa on a large site in coastal Bronte. The copper form is weighted over the south side - glazed strip framing a terrace and coastal views. The form refolds itself as an eyelid to the north tempering the Australian light, while the final fold takes place outside the envelope touching the ground to the west to shield low level west sun and heat.
