Presenting a stately reminder of the late Victorian era, the existing two storey Italianate home was retained in its entirety whilst revealing contemporary interiors and integrating a pristine newly built rear addition.

Site and planning parameters created challenges and opportunities for the project, resulting in a series of highly refined internal and external spaces that maximise environmental and spatial opportunities. The existing rear-lane facing garage, pool and backyard spaces have been completely transformed with extensive Asian influenced materials, colours, sculptures and planting.
