The building provides ground level and under croft parking for 86 cars. The provision of 1095 sq metres of space provides four large adaptable classrooms and student facilities on the ground floor complimented by the location of membership services co-located. The skills training Lab, 150 sq metres, is also located on the ground floor with easy access for all students. The project team visited all of the existing skills labs in South Australian tertiary institutions to ensure that the ANF skills lab was state of the art and reflective of current practice.

The 1095 sq metres of first floor space accommodates all of the executive, organiser, marketing and support staff. In addition flexible meeting rooms and library facilities are provided for use by members.

The first floor was required to accommodate the display of memorabilia and media releases in a manner that assisted in promoting and reinforcing the history and ongoing work of the ANF.
