The construction of the 4 storey HP House in the fringe precinct of Adelaide’s CBD was a significant early capture of office development that has occurred recently in Adelaide.

The Building, constructed on a previous Council carpark, was built for a private developer and accesses to streets on one of Adelaide’s CBD thoroughfares.
