This project for a new single family dwelling is located within 500m of Bass Straight on the edge of Barwon Heads in Victoria.

The house is the space between a heavy earth-like base and a floating roof, the interior and exterior defined by a fine curtain of glass. Conceived as an almost tent like enclosure or envelope, the roof wraps and folds over the internal spaces providing shelter, solar control and natural ventilation.
