Apartment Refurbishment

Ovod was commissioned by the owner of the apartment to design and implement a bright and open plan living environment.

The project involved the following

1 Removal of walls
2 Renovating toilets and bathrooms
3 Renovating all bedrooms and installing new interiors to robes
4 Spraying of all window frames and installing Luxaflex blinds to all windows
5 New enrtance and kitchen floor
6 New kitchen furniture, benchtops and all appliances
7 New electrical system for lighting and cooling
8 Full decoration to walls and ceilings with polished plaster to feature walls
9 Entire apartment fitted with deep 100% pure wool white shagpile carpet.

All the above work was designed, programmed and executed by Ovod. The project required strict attention to all the restrictions and constraints associated with working in hi-rise residental sites. Ovod completed on time and budget.
