This French Provençal-style garden in seaside Victoria draws from extensive travels through Europe with the selection of authentic paving materials and patterns for the forecourt, steps, retaining walls and paths.

"Because the architecture of the house was so textural, I wanted to reflect that in the outdoor space, hence the bare-faced rock walls that are a distinctive feature of French gardens."

The planting is comprised of pencil pines, lavender, box, lambs ear, rosemary, bougainvillea and Canary Island date palms.
