Paul Morgan Architects : : Central Gippsland Institute of TAFE - Leongatha

The GippsTAFE Learning Centre in Leongatha is amongst the first Environmentally Sustainably Designed regional TAFE buildings in Victoira which applies innovative use of water and wind to a project located in an area subject to drought. The 1650sqm building is located in the Leongatha Education Precinct, which co-locates the Institute with secondary and special schools and other training providers, thereby establishing educational pathways that give a variety of choices to students in the South Gippsland and Bass Coast regions. The design offers a mix of general purpose and specialist teaching and learning areas, as well as the most contemporary on-line, audio-visual and video conferencing technology.
