This house creates a quiet, understated luxury environment making the best use of a north facing site with views across the harbour.

The design uses a courtyard plan form to create a central outdoor space. It is this courtyard which provides the soul of the house and where it presents its real identity. Public and private spaces radiate off this hub and allow the house to open up to create a large private entertaining space.
