CONTEXT
6 Shelly Beach Rd is a boutique apartment development in St Mary’s Bay, Auckland. This project was a first for the developer at this high end level of the market.

TASK
Soul was engaged to design the external architecture theming and finishes along with the full interior design, fitout and space planning. In addition Soul was also responsible for the strategic positioning of the development, project cost analysis, detailing and procurement.

OUTCOME
The project sold down off the plans in the early construction phase of the project. The developer achieved values for the property unimagined in their financial analysis at the beginning of this project prior to Soul’s engagement. The apartments have had a spectacular return on investment.
