A clean cut modern design with simple lines, this home is one of my favourites. The louvered screen provides privacy to the master bedroom balcony. When opened you obtain views to the parkland opposite and city beyond. The front yard also provides an architectural statement with the raised garden bed obscuring a private pond that can be viewed from the front living room window. The simple use of the colour white also adds to the facades architectural merit.
