The Osborne Street residence, completed in 2006, addresses a constrained residential design in a heritage overlay. The design maximises volume, light and privacy on a narrow lot with sensitivity to scale and context. The design restores the existing Victorian elements to its fascade elegantly with its new modern form to the rear, interplaying a sense of harmony with flowing dynamic spaces. This was the residence and office of Tina Lindner.
