Francis-Jones Morehen Thorp is a multi-award-winning Australian practice dedicated to design
excellence and the enhancement of the public domain.

We are a multi-disciplinary design studio who explore the evolution of architectural form by synthesising place and programme through an elaboration of the tectonic. Our work focuses on the spatial and organic interconnection of built form and site to embody values and aspirations.

Our work is acclaimed nationally and internationally and has received Australia’s highest architectural and construction awards.

With studios in Sydney and Melbourne, we undertake public, institutional and commercial projects throughout Australasia and recently in Europe. These commissions are frequently the result of international and Australian design competitions.

We intentionally work at both large- and small-scales, and regularly undertake major consultancies in master planning, exhibition design and community consultation in addition to our core practices of architecture, landscape architecture and interior design.
