Vodafone New Zealand + Nationwide Rollout

The process had a single determined goal – to achieve a consistency and strength in all vodafone fitouts. Whether a dealership store, a vodafone owned store, or a larger appliance reseller – the customer should have no doubt that they have arrived at a location that sells vodafone products and services. Ample room was given for dedicated resellers to deliver individual brand and build strong businesses through their people and service. With congruence in fitout activity vodafone has an ability to deliver a recognised, trusted, and visually unbroken network of stores.

Strong and consistent brand experience delivered through the look and feel of the vodafone retail spaces further strengthens the distribution model for all parties. A fitout approval process was developed to provide clear direction for securing vodafone approval on the site selection, design, and fitout contribution of a new dealer location. The same process could be followed for the refit of an existing location without the need for approving the existing site.
